What People Are Saying........

I went to see Patrice Dunn at one of my lowest times in my life. There are no words to help describe the help she provided for me. She certainly went above and beyond “counseling “ which is why I initially went to see her. She took hours, away from our sessions, to help me in ways that outdid herself. I most definitely recommend Mrs. Patrice Dunn for any of your needs. Her skills are well worth it.

There are times in our lives where we meet people who we know will have a permanent footprint in our hearts forever.  I can honestly say, without fault, that Patrice has been my pillar of truth and support for over a decade.  I remember meeting her during a counselor's meeting and her voice was pronounced and filled the air with command and laughter and logic.  her ability to capture the hearts of people whether it's in a small group or a large audience is astonishing.

Patrice Dunn is a favorite and often requested presenter for our school counselors and other staff. Her relaxed and engaging approach makes her clear expertise accessible to new and veteran school counselors alike! In McKinney, she has trained on supporting students with intense feelings, counselor self-care and quick counseling interventions. In addition, Patrice has consulted with me on the development of our parent education offerings as well as served as a guest speaker at parent events. In consultation, Patrice is flexible, perceptive of nuance, and attuned to the diverse needs of a wide audience. Patrice Dunn is a talented counselor educator and a valued resource to our district

I initially met Patrice as she conducted a professional development session on difficult parents. I credit her for saving my career because she taught me strategies that enabled me to see parents as assets and not as adversaries.  Now as a principal, Patrice has shared this same wisdom with my staff. My teachers reported that this was the best professional development they have ever attended.
